You can easily pay from your crypto exchange account or a decentralized wallet like MetaMask or TokenPocket. You just need to copy the payment address generated for you, which will be valid for 30 minutes. It's important to follow the instructions below for a smooth transaction.
If you're using a decentralized wallet, not a crypto exchange, you'll need a little extra cryptocurrency for transaction fees in the network you're using. This is important because the network charges fees to process your payment. Here’s how it works:
For USDT (TRC-20): You will need to have around 35 TRX (the native currency of the Tron network) in your wallet to cover the fees.
For USDT (BEP-20): You’ll need a little of BNB to cover the Binance Smart Chain fees.
For USDT (ERC-20): You’ll need some ETH (not the full amount of ETH) in your wallet to cover the Ethereum gas fees.
These fees are required when using decentralized wallets like MetaMask or TokenPocket.
Step 1: Click “Buy ITO” or “Buy More ITO”
This is the first action you’ll take to start the purchase process. You can find the button on your dashboard or wherever the option is displayed in the dashboard. Whether you’re buying ITO for the first time or adding more to your existing holdings, just click the button, and you’re ready to begin.
2. Adjust the amount and tier on the slider
2.1 On this screen, you will see a slider with different Tiers, showing how much you need to spend and the potential APR earnings (annual percentage return). Move the slider to explore the different Tiers.
2.2 As you move the slider, you’ll notice that the more you invest, the higher your APR potential becomes. In this example, 2500 USDT has been chosen.
2.3 Enter the exact amount you are planning to spend and review the projected ITO and USDT totals.
2.4 After reviewing the terms and conditions, check the box confirming you accept them.
2.5 Click "Continue to Buy" to proceed with your purchase.
3. Choose Payment Method.
3.1 Select "Pay with different cryptos"
On this step, click Pay with different cryptos to select the supported cryptocurrencies for your ITO purchase.
3.2 Important Notices
Payment Window: The payment address provided will only be valid for 30 minutes. Make sure to complete your transaction within this time frame to avoid starting over.
Fees: The total amount shown includes WeChain’s fees, but keep in mind that your wallet or exchange might apply additional fees. The final payment amount may vary slightly due to these network or transaction fees.
Next Step: After clicking Continue to buy, you’ll be taken to the next screen where you’ll choose from the four available cryptocurrencies.
4. Choose Your Preferred Cryptocurrency
At this step, you will select the cryptocurrency you want to use for the payment. We currently support four options:
USDT (Tether) – one of the most popular stablecoins.
Litecoin (LTC).
Ethereum (ETH).
Bitcoin (BTC).
For USDT, you can select between 3 different blockchain networks based on your preference:
ERC-20 on Ethereum
BEP-20 on Binance Smart Chain
TRC-20 on Tron
Here, you will choose the preferred network to send from your account of crypto exchange or wallet. For example USDT
In this step, select the appropriate network for your USDT transaction from the list provided, based on the network supported by your wallet or exchange. The available options are:
Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20)
Ethereum (ERC-20)
Tron (TRC-20)
Make sure to match the network carefully with the one supported by your wallet to avoid any potential issues during the transaction.
Once you've chosen your preferred network, click "Select network" to confirm your choice.
5. Payment screen
Once you select your preferred network, the Payment Step Screen will display the final payment details. Here’s what you’ll see and do:
How to Make a Successful Payment
Review the Amount to Send: Check the amount displayed in USDT (for example, it can be ETH, LTC, BTC as well) on your screen. Make sure to send exactly this amount. This includes any fees that WeChain may charge, so double-check that the total matches the exact amount shown, like the 1011.1 USDT example.
Select the Right Network: If you're sending USDT, make sure you’re using the right network. In this example, we show the Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20) network. Only USDT requires network specification, while BTC, ETH, and LTC can be sent via their respective default networks. For ITO you can send USDT in Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), or Tron (TRC-20), and any other network for USDT may result in lost funds.
Use the Correct Wallet Address: Carefully copy the wallet address shown on your screen. Mistakes in copying the address could send your funds to the wrong place. If you're not comfortable manually copying, use the QR code provided.

Account for Wallet Fees: Some wallets or exchanges may charge a fee when sending funds. Make sure you send enough to cover this fee and still match the total needed by WeChain. For example, if your wallet charges a fee, you will need to send more than the displayed amount to cover it.
Be Mindful of the Timer: You have a limited time of 30 minutes to complete the transaction before the payment address becomes invalid. If time runs out, you’ll need to generate a new payment address and start the process again.
When using the "Pay with Different Cryptos" option, please note that any amount you send will be credited after deducting transaction fees.
If you want to purchase ITO for an exact amount, please consider network fees before sending your payment.
For example, if you selected 1,000 USDT on the previous screen but only send 500 USDT, the final credited amount will be less than 500 USDT after fees.
The number of ITO tokens you receive will be based on the final credited amount, not the initially selected sum.
To ensure your transaction is processed smoothly, always double-check the amount before confirming your payment.
Confirm Payment: Once you’ve sent the funds, click “I’ve Topped Up” to notify the system that you’ve completed the payment.
Then you will see a screen about awaiting your payment.
Need to Cancel? If you decide not to proceed with the payment or need to change something, you can click “Cancel” to stop the process.
After you have completed the transaction, it may not immediately reflect in your balance, so there's no need to worry. Based on blockchain network traffic, transactions typically take around 1 hour to process. In rare cases, particularly on the Ethereum network, the process could take longer. Please be patient, as the confirmation times may vary depending on the network load.

If you clicked "I’ve Topped Up" but haven’t completed the payment, or if your transaction was unsuccessful on your end or problems with your wallet and exchanges, you will receive an email notification at the address associated with your account stating that the transaction was not completed. This will also be reflected in your transaction history in your profile within 48 hours.
Please note that if any cancelled transactions occurred, even if you didn't actively make them, you may still receive an email indicating a failed transaction. Be sure to check your email and transaction history for updates.
Confirmation Popup
If everything went smoothly on your side and the blockchain network processed the transaction efficiently, you will see a confirmation popup, similar to the one in the screenshot. It will inform you that your transaction was successful.
Once you see this popup, make sure to click the button that takes you to your portfolio. It is important to activate your ITO immediately in the portfolio section to ensure that your nodes begin working.
If you did not see the confirmation popup but noticed that your balance has changed or you received a confirmation email, please go to your portfolio and activate your ITO by pressing the corresponding button Activate ITO. This will ensure that the ITO nodes start working correctly.
Common Mistakes to Avoid for payments:
Sending a cryptocurrency through the wrong network.
Not accounting for wallet or exchange fees, resulting in an incorrect amount being sent.
Running out of time before completing the payment.
Don’t repeat payment on the same address as it is valid for only 30 minutes
